Scam Description
I made an online purchase of an Omega Swatch watch from Londiny. Upon receiving it, the watch was malfunctioning right out of the box (dials not working, settings couldn’t be reset, etc.). I took it to a watch company and they indicated it was defective and could be a fraudulent item. I demanded a refund from Londiny. They had me send the item to one of their inspectors for inspection. Londiny then agreed to refund me my money within 5-14 business days. It has now been over 40 days and I have not received a refund. I have reached out to Londiny’s customer service multiple times, only to receive the repeated feedback that a request “has been made with the bank” to refund the money. I asked for information on the name of the bank and contact information. None were provided. No other action has been taken on their part to rectify the matter. Londiny claims they have “done everything we can do.”
