Scam Description
Voicemail was from Aria said she was from a local process server company that doesn’t appear to exist when googled. Said they attempted to serve legal documents requesting that the person appear in court but the documents were returned from the address they have on file and in order the prevent receiving a failure to appear in court as well as future legal compilations to contact the attorney handling the case; Darcy Smith at (888) 544-3052 to get details of said case. Left a case number however after contacting my local attorney’s office I found out the case number given was not in the correct format and not a true case number. This voicemail was left on my work phone for someone else who I’d never heard of nor has ever worked for my company.
