Scam Description
Pretended to represent the card processing company my business uses. Mike from Optics said my business was over charged with interest since October 2023 needed bank information and receipt for March payments. The only way to give this information was canceled check. I was told the information sent was not correct, so at that point I called my card processing company and the lady told me this is a competitor trying to get my business to switch to there company. Mike never once from optics indicated that he was giving false information to us we thought he represented the card processing company I already use. Now that this company has my banking information I now have to go through the hassel of changing my bank account for my buisness.
