Scam Description
I placed an order April 30th through a Facebook sponsored ad, they claimed delayed delivery when the first ETA came and went, after a few mroe weeks I emailed and messaged through their site for an update, sent several of those requests but no reply. I then started sending CANCEL & REFUND requests through email and site, still no reply. Now they’re claiming it was delivered. It definitely wasn’t. I work from home and have security cameras. The only correspondence I have from Cutify is the confirmation of purchase – order #CTF25654
