Scam Description
“Reynaldo ” told me i had won 2.5 million dollars and $2500 a month for life, he gave me a code of9847700011PCH and then told me i needed to use my debit card for $3800 charge for “permits and shipping and handling. ” i laughed and told him he was scamming me and wished i knew exactly were he was so i could burn the building down with him in it. He hung up.
