Scam Description
Nice pics of all the animals they had for sale on Facebook Page for Grazing Glory Livestock. Never listed any good phone number, e-mail or actual address. They communicated with IM only. They only accepted cash apps to their phone number (563-564-5006). They even used a shipping company ” RoyalWaveShipping” and furnished an actual confirmation number for shipping confirmation. We looked up the address which looked bogus but was listed to a Cattle Company and sent messages to shipping company for actual confirmation – no response from either. Found a follower who said they were scammer is what tipped us off. We sent $500 for the 4 goats and $250 for shipping. Then the day they were to be shipped, we got a request from the shipping company for an additional $499 for insurance which was refundable upon dely of the goats. I refused to send any more money so they still show it as a pending shipment. The seller kept on IM telling me to pay this fee so that my goats would be delivered. I told her no as I had already paid for shipping as agreed that she needed to pay it. It went on & on all day and then she wanted $250 and she would pay other $250. I still would not send the money. Then I told her we would come & pick them up – need her contact information and address then I would give her the eta for our arrival – no comment. Then I continue next morning with how worried she is about the condition of the goats and that I need to pay. – Refused. I told her I wanted contact information & address. – No comment on her end. The map on the shipping company link showed the Attorney General’s Office in California is where they were.
Very impressive operation and very professional looking – but definitely a scammer and scam ring – FRAUD. Will never purchase off Facebook again…
