Very official looking mailing envelope and form, deadline for payment is May 1, 2024. There is a QR code “for faster service”…
There is a disclaimer added to the form, stating that this is an offer for service by a third party entity. The envelope includes a warning about possible fines and imprisonment to any person interfering or “OBST RUCTING” (as it appears on envelope, there is a space in the middle of the word OBSTRUCTING).
