Scam Description
I initially wanted to order the product, which was advertised as a “buy 2, get 2 free”. The website process took me through
a page offering an additional product that I did NOT want, but when I clicked through that page, the order charged me for 4 of them gummies, plus 2 of the additional items.
I called their “customer support line” immediately, but was advised that the order had been processed and could not be canceled or altered. They also refused to connect me with a supervisor,
despite many requests and demands on my part.
I then called my bank to void the transaction.
Then I called customer support a second time, and again was denied access to a supervisor.
I advised them that I had already called my bank to void the transaction, and that I would be reporting to BBB, and possibly my state Attorney-general’s office.
