Scam Description
Agreed to paving my parking strip with recycled asphalt with materials left over from another job. Was shown video of how they work and how it would look. They showed up in private vehicles did some work but didn’t finish. Asked me if I had cash to pay. I said no as he told me they take all forms of payment. He said his electronic payment system is down and would need cash. Talked me into cleaning, sealing and doing driveway. Came back the next morning and dumped 4 yards of gravel on driveway. That’s when I was sure something was wrong. How can you clean a driveway with gravel on it? I called him and told him to remove the gravel and he asked for more money.
