Scam Description
I received a call 4/10 telling me that if I make a payment of $265 for four months or a one time payment of $800 my debt would be forgiven. The caller Rachel Katz transferred my call over to another person named Eric Wilson, who had all my information he knew my full name, email address, home address, Social Security number, date of birth and loan amount. He was able to change my FASF password. I gave him my credit card information knowing I had put a lock on it so I could do my reach on them. I just changed my credit card number so that they will not take my money. Please be aware of these scammers.
