Scam Description
I purchased 2 pairs of shoes from them 1 pair came on time and the other package was the wrong item. It has been a month and the issue still isn’t resolved. At first they said they would try to source the correct item and send it to me after 3 weeks I got fed up asked for a refund and after a week nothing. Worst customer service ever. No phone number email only. And the way they speak I am not sure if if the person I am communicating witht work for cettire or 3 party becausethey are alwayssayingI will forwardthis information, or I will get back to you when they reply. Buyers beware.
