Scam Description
My husband called to pay our DTV bill over the phone and they were asking a lot of questions that he questioned. He did give them the information and our DTV bill got paid but we also had an additional charge for $86.99 taken out and it states it was paid to Spectrum. The DTV bill came out as TA solution out of the account which we have never had that happen before. Attempted to get our money back and DTV knows nothing about this $86.99 charge called Charter and they don’t have any record of us or any charges. TA Solutions came up on the bank statement but they took a payment for direct tv who is now managed by AT&T.
