UPMC continues to receive faxed order requests from MSI, Inc requesting urinary incontinence supplies for patients that either do not qualify for this (no diagnosis associated) and/or didn’t request. Most recent patient is completely anuric (does not urinate) and they faxed script for provider to sign off on incontinence supplies to bill the insurance.
