Scam Description
Did an online search for a smart watch and a common site that just keeps coming up is OladoctUSA everywhere you look. Everything I was looking for in a smart watch was listed with this product. After checking out the return policy and reviews for this company I ordered two watches. Did everything the instructions that was sent with the watches. None of the features worked as promised with either watch. The watches did not even count the steps correctly. As far as the other features like blood pressure, glucose monitor, O2 sat and sleep monitors never really worked. It took 10 days to received the order from China. The website claims the business is located in Lombard, IL with a phone number that is in New York. Tried to call number and goes straight to voicemail and never receive a call back. Emailed the company and received a reply that someone will be in contact with me with return information. Well three weeks later and many emails to try and get this resolved, no replies after the first initial email. Don’t order from this scam of a company. We deleted the apps off our phones as soon as we found out the watches don’t work, because we felt our phones were being tracked through the app.
