Stated Home Warranty may be expiring or may have expired and must contact them before 4-16-24. Said lender was Fannie Mae Mortgage (not true). Said this was final attempt to notifying about activating my Home Warranty. No inspection will be required and final acceptance is subject to my ability to meet eligibility requirements. Signed by George Walker Program Director at 1-877-671-1027. Operating hours M-F 7-7 CST and Saturday 9-2 CST. Small notation on bottom of letter “Not all consumers have previous coverage.
