Scam Description

When I ordered I received an email with both an order number and tracking number. Tracking number was through 17track.net and when it eventually said delivered, never saw it. So emailed them about it and they said it was delivered to the address but they wouldn’t confirm the address. When I requested a tracking number, they gave me one and then claimed that the packages were left at my local post office and that I would be able to pick it up. When I went to the post office and told them about the situation and gave them the tracking number, they said the tracking number was for someone totally different. The post office even called the other office to see if there was anything but they had nothing. It was suppose to be two packages, one with 10 items of random electronics and the other was a 30 piece of assorted items.
“Finally, due to the problem of the post office, the delivery of the package failed. You need to contact the post office to compensate for the loss.” That was from the last email I received from them when I told them that the post office didn’t have it.
