Requirements and responsibilities
The position of inspector requires the successful candidate to receive packages at their
designated home address, carefully unpack and examine them, and use pre-paid shipping
labels to forward them to the intended recipients while maintaining accurate records of
items shipped and received.
We are seeking an ideal candidate with prior experience in inspection and quality control of
transfer sheets, as well as proficiency in counting, labeling, and packing orders. Familiarity
with shipping software, such as Ship Station, UPS, FedEx, etc., is also advantageous. The
job involves meeting strict daily deadlines and working efficiently under pressure.
The candidate must exercise proper care in using personal stationery, computer, and
printer, while effectively communicating any issues or problems with the job to team
members and supervisors for troubleshooting. The role also entails the ability to lift up to 20
lbs; hence physical fitness is necessary.
The successful candidate must perform all tasks by following instructions and adhere to all
safety rules without exception. Additionally, they should be prepared to support the
production team in accomplishing other tasks successfully.
