Scam Description
Letter said I won Publishers Clearing House $2,500,000. They sent an apparently valid check for $9,980.35 to cover insurance and attorney fees, from Citizens Bank in Miami. They said to contact my claims manager at the phone number I reported BEFORE depositing the check. Which I didn’t do.
