Scam Description
Caller asked for parent of my son, used his name, said that he had signed up for the SAT study guide. Said they would send the study guide and only charge if the material was not sent back after it was used. Asked for a credit card number, but said it would not be charged. Sent the material, but card was charged the day the material was mailed (we had not even received the material when the card was charged) Material came, no identifying name of company, email, website, etc. There was an 800 number to call if questions and P.O. Box. I tried to call several times, left my number and told them I wanted a refund. Sent back material, did not receive refund.
