Scam Description
Treasure Faith identifies as a “Christian apparel company,” who “donates proceeds to charitable causes.” I placed my order on 6/24/23, received a confirmation email that my order was being processed, then after a few weeks, I recached out in Sept. 2023 to check on my order status. On 1/6/2024, I reached out to the company again. They assured me my order was received and would be shipped within 2-4 weeks. That times has come and gone. This last week, I requested to just be refunded, but no one has responded. They have my money now, so I am sure they are ignoring my emails.
