Scam Description
I found this website when it was showing up in my instagram feed. Based on the website, the clothing looked high quality, with multiple positive reviews. I placed an order and payed through paypal. It took awhile and then received the two sweaters on separate occasions. The items received were extremely poor quality, polyester material instead of the knit looking sweater from the site. I first initiated and email for a return on 2/19/24. They responded that “the return review process is long and to contact after 5-7 days.” I did that follow up and they responded “Since all returns need to be sent to China. The freight incurred by the return shall be borne by the buyer.” They recommended a 15% discount coupon, to which I denied and again requested a return. I had to email back 4 more times again saying I did not want the discount coupon and wanted a return to be made. After I said they would be reported to the BBB, they finally gave return information to a place in China, saying I would have to cover all that cost and the refund wouldn’t be started until it was received.
