Scam Description
I ordered online from a website, purchased the items with my debit card on 1/14/2024. Contacted them going to the website sales@servicestation.shop, using a tracking number I was sent AT283305241CN, I recieved a message stating it was in transit to LA from China. I sent another email asking about my order on 2/26/2024 and I recieved a message that my order was delivered to the address provided and the package was signed for. I wrote back and stated nothing came to my address and nothing was signed for. On 2/27/2024 I asked about any updates as they were checking with the logistics company they used and I was to contact them in 24 hours. They wrote back and said that maybe the logistic co. made a mistake which is why I am not receiving my package. But because it shows the package was delivered and signed for the logistic co. will not claim compensation and they paid the product cost and freight. The then stated that I can get a 30% refund on my order. I sent a message back asking what logistic co. did they use? Their reply was that it was a postal express delivery. I sent a email again on 2/29 stating that I feel that this is unfair and to only get 30% back is not right. I also stated that I feel I have been scammed. I recieved a message back from them a few hours later again apologizing and stating they will refund 30% of my order if I agree. I am not sure if I should send any reply back , please advise. I am sure that I will not be getting any type of refund from them. Thank you for your time in this matter, look forward to hearing back from you.
