My husband received an email from Norton on 2/29/2024 that stated ‘We sincerely thank you for your continuous trust and support in our services in the past year. We are reaching out to inform you that your annual 360 Deluxe has been renewed successfully on February 29, 2024 and your account will be properly charged $349.78 for all in one protection for up to 5 devices including a security VPN with back graded encryption, a huge 75gb cloud back-up to help prevent data loss, safe can for PC and more. Thank you once again for choosing us.’ It included an invoice and account ID number. The contact number to call was 877-221-1430. My husband does not have this service. I called and spoke to a man with an Hispanic accent. I asked him who they were and what account they referring to. He got upset and told me not to call there anymore and hung up.
