Scam Description
Applied to a data entry job, received an interview with the same Ms. Vivian Hughes, as someone else did on here, yet it was for a different company. It’s a company trying to impersonate Marathon Oil. The email told me to download the signal app and enter the code 6068983641, just as the other person on here had mentioned, which is odd if you ask me. How can the same hiring manager work for these two different companies? But anyways, there was no legitimate way to contact the company, and their website they posted had no legitimate way of contacting the company, so most likely a shell put up for whatever scam they are running. It was almost word for word in the email as the other person on here had mentioned when you Google 606-898-3641 and it brings you to the BBB scam tracker website.
