Scam Description
I ordered 3 sweatshirts on January 1, 2024, an invoice was sent to me by the owner of Pineapple Poppy on January 2nd via Square for $80. I paid immediately for the items. The owner asked me for my address on Jan 7th, 2024 in which I responded immediately. On Jan 24th 2024 I asked for a tracking number as I paid for shipping and was advised that the items would be mailed out that weekend and she would provide me with the tracking number then. The owner stated that supplies were all backed up because of storms we had in western NY, which was understandable, I thanked her and then waited until Feb 11, 2024 to follow up for a tracking number for my order, Facebook messenger shows that the owner saw my message, but failed to respond. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and waited a few days, on Feb 16, 2024 I sent her a polite following up message again, with no response however, she seen my message. Then again Feb 22, 2024 politely asked if I was not receiving my product can I please get a refund. Once again the owner saw the message then failed to respond.
