Scam Description
Ordered women’s Air Jordan sneakers in November 2023 for granddaughter for Christmas and never received now February 2024. Sent several emails to their so called customer service who kept saying they were on vacation and they are checking with the shipper. Email even showed a picture of the rep and their id number.
