Scam Description
I placed my order on 01/06/24. I received an emailed receipt, but never received any information regarding tracking and shipping. I reached out to the company on 01/18/24 via email regarding my order and received an email from them on 01/23/24 stating that orders were backed up and that I should receive my order soon. I then went to google the company and found reviews on the internet and on both Instagram and Facebook. I noticed that I am not the only one who has went through this very same thing. There are numerous people who have ordered and never received their order and that’s when I realized it was a scam. On 02/05/24, I reached out to the company via email again to request a refund. To date, I have received an acknowledgement of my refund request and still haven’t received anything regarding tracking/shipping, nor have I received the actual product. Today on 02/16/24, I opened a fraud case with my bank to see if I can dispute my payment and report this company.
