Scam Description
Our rental car was towed from CCNBank Feb 10, 2024. We could only pay cash or Venmo to receive our car back. They didn’t have a business card and would not give us a receipt. I have called several times and still haven’t received one. The couple was extremely rude and it was basically you can pay up or go to jail for threatening us (we were asking questions because it seemed like a scam). We paid the money to get our car back. I spoke to someone at the bank Feb. 13 and they were horrified at what took place on there property. This company was hauling off cars as fast as they could. It just seems not right.
