Scam Description
I went to their site to order hair growth oil. When I ordered originally it stated they were having a sale buy one get one free and get an applicator. I paid for expedited shipping and it took extremely long to get the item only to not get what I ordered. First off I only got one oil not two and no applicator. Then when I opened the product the oil was not what they were advertising. I reached out to the contact and they stated I missed the sale even though I provided proof of my order which stated that I didnt miss the sale. So I asked for a refund. It took weeks of back and forth and then finally they emailed me an address with no label. Their return policy states if a return is accepted then they will provide a label. I emailed them back with another screen shot of their own policy and asked for them to send a label as stated. Still waiting to hear back but I dont want others to get scammed.
