Scam Description
An ad within Facebook that advertised a slash sale on Thursdays boots. I should have known better, but the photos and descriptions were identical to the true Thursdays Boots website. Ordered a few boots, then after submitting the payment, the confirmation was very odd looking so immediately tried to cancel. Payment had already gone through. Asked for a cancellation from the email address provided and they did respond but only to ask why I was cancelling… then nothing more. Received a cheap ring in the mail today from the Hillsburo, OR site so many others have received shipments from. Note: immediately upon recognizing the scam, I cancelled my debit card.
