Home Warranty scam letter. Sent from unknown company. Phone 800-998-2236. Had my correct name, home address, and mortgage company bank name. Had false “Property ID” number. “IMMEDIATE RESPONSE REQUESTED” to my “property home warranty may be expiring or has expired”. Also says “FINAL ATTEMPT TO NOTIFY YOU.” Included a “Register Fee Voucher” that looks like a check, for $299, with me as payee. SCAM all the way…
