Scam Description
This business obtained and used my private Medicare and supplement insurance information without my knowledge or permission to bill Medicare and my supplemental insurance fraudulently for services and equipment never provided. I never had and contact or knowledge of this company until I received an EOB from my insurance informing me of the Claim and Medicare’s payment of 5.845.52 to this fraudulent company. They billed for urinary catheter supplies and services which I have never needed nor received. Searching on-line, I see 86 complaints in 3 weeks time from other people reported the same fraudulent billing of Medicare and illegal obtaining and using private health information.
