I ordered 2 human dog beds that were advertised on Facebook and the link took me to Macy’s Gift Shop with the Macy’s red star logo. The site processed and confirmed my order and sent me a confirmation email with tracking number. The tracking number is invalid. I have written the email address for thier customer service three times and requested a full refund but they do not respond,
