Scam Description

When the shirt and pants arrived, they were poor quality and did not appear to be what was pictured on site. The shirt was supposed to be an XL but looked and fit like a small/medium. The pants we ordered were supposed to be 38x30L. They were marked “2XL”, and were way longer than a 30 length. I followed the bizarre instructions on their website for a return. I contacted them and they wrote back that they needed a photo of the items I received as well as a photo of the shipping label. I sent them photos of the products and my proof of purchase. They wrote back and told me they could give me a 10% refund to keep the item and or donate or re-gift it!?? Also said that the pants were their “hot” item and received good feedback on their site and that sizes differ for each individual! I did not accept the 10% because it was not a full refund and I didn’t want to give any financial info. I recently found a few websites stating their feedback seems fabricated as well as others having the same experience as us. -not receiving what’s pictured and not being able to get refunds.
