Scam Description
Appears to be a letter sent off public information of recently purchased houses. The call to action is, “We reserve the right to revoke allocated waiver after 7 days of receiving this notice.” Has what looks like a check at first glance with a dollar amount of $199.00. No bank or routing information and says, “THIS IS NOT A CHECK.”… Also attempting to go after Spanish speakers with, “Se Habla Espanol: 888-572-0611.”
