Scam Description
I ordered tennis sneakers on the hisneakers.shop website. I received an email saying that the order had been processed. The sneaker size was wrong. I emailed the two emails that I saw (yipiao888@gmail.com and support@vipbestservice.com) but received no reply. I googled the website name and saw information that is a potential scam. I ordered the sneakers on 12/29/23, but they have not been shipped yet. I would hope that some organization can shut down this website. An email I received said the $99.80 payment went to Brenda Matthews via Pay Pal. I am contacting Pay Pal also about this situation. Citi Card is reimbursing me the $99.80 but I would like to protect others and prosecute the person doing this scam. Thank you!
