Scam Description
Received a phone call regarding a summons that was scheduled to be delived They did not give the name of their document processing company but wanted me to call a phone number back. I checked with my local clerk of courts for Mahoning county in Ohio and there was nothing open. I received 3 of these phone calls. each a little more threathing than the previous one. Also, they never used my name. Is this an issue that others have had. My clerk of courts thought that this is a scam. Thank you for attention. *** *****
