Scam Description
I ordered 13 pairs of monogrammed Christmas pajamas for $274.79. They charged my card for $316.01. When I complained, they refunded the difference. Their policy is that you can’t request a refund after the product ships. I requested a refund the day after I ordered the pajamas. They said they couldn’t refund it since the items just shipped. I knew something wasn’t right because they could not have produced 13 monogrammed pajamas during that short time period. I purchased the pajamas on November 17, 2023 and still haven’t received it as of January 3, 2024. It just didn’t feel right and now reading the reviews, it sounds like a lot of folks did not receive the items they ordered.
