Scam Description
They posed as a Lane Bryant company and I ordered and paid but never received goods. Multiple emails to customer service at negoream@mcvago.com, they said it was a carrier issue and asked to resend product. I agreed and never received it. I asked for refund. They wanted to refund 60%- I told them that was unacceptable then they offered 90%. I refused so they agreed to refund 100%. It has been over 4 months since initial order and they have not refunded any money nor will they respond to email now
