Scam Description
House located in 4441 Birch road was listed. A man by the name of Frank Edward sent me a rental application through a rental site. Requested the fee for application. Then I was approved for the home I was then sent a draft of a lease and we set up a tour date. Once lease and date was set I was requested to send the security deposit the day of the tour he requested first month rent and never met for the tour. Frank told me to send the funds over to his wife(773) 858-4360 to his finically bank being messed up currently.He supposedly was coming out of town for an funeral after the payment he cut off all contact never got the keys and lost out on almost 3 grand.
