Scam Description
Sarata Florist took order for flowers on 11/24/2023 – emailed me the same day saying order could not be filled and that I was being issued a refund. As of today 12/29/2023 refund has not been received. I have called back 3 times and been told that the refund has been submitted and should take 2-3 business days. I let the last gentleman know I read a lot online about them doing this to other people. He claims that is a different company Sarata Flower. They are Sarata Florist and are legitimate. Either way the complaint is the same. Service was not provided, money has not been refunded.
