Scam Description
I received an order confirmation on Nov 26/23 and an order number and then an email to say the order was delivered on Dec 16 to a US destination with a tracking number from China post. I went to our post office twice and there is nothing and the tracking number is invalid. I contacted their customer service by email (no available phone number) and they indicated it was delivered. I have now been back and forth at least 4 times and each time they say it was delivered but have not provided me with anything as far as where it went or a waybill or tracking number. They say that they sent something else and I have to find it and then they will ship mine. I was offered a 10% refund and have refused.
