Scam Description
This was a facebook ad for Talbot’s outlet. I received an email from notify@faitheb.com that the order had been filled and a tracking number. I tracked the items from China to the US through a shipper call A17Track. It was reported delivered to my house (it wasn’t). When I followed up, I was told first that my order was delivered, then later told they had shipped the wrong thing and that if I returned the wrong item that they would then ship my items. I said no, then they offered a 10% refund; I declined. Then they offered a 20% refund. I declined. Sadly this was my debit card so I’m out of luck. Another family member also bought items worth $18 using her credit card and she notified her credit card company.
