Scam Description
Helping Hand sends solicitation of elderly persons 62 years of age or older who have reverse mortgages. The soliciation implies:
1. That the homeowner’s former home warranty “may have” expired.
2. That the home warranty is a requirement of the homeowner’s reverse mortgage, and
3. That the homeowner’s mortgage may be adversely affected by failing to obtain a home warranty.
