Scam Description
October 26, 2023: I clicked on a Facebook ad and purchased Jewelry Armoire with Full Length Mirror 360° Swivel, 3-Color LED lights, Rear Storage Shelves, Lockable Standing Jewelry Cabinet Organizer with Large Storage Capacity LED Lights White × 1. Confirmation of the purchase was received via email from support@vooisely.com
December 6, 2023: I have still received no other communication regarding this purchase. Nothing to say it had been shipped, nothing to explain the delay from the promised 5-10 day delivery. So I sent an email to support@vooisely.com and they told me that it had been delivered and signed for and that I should contact my post service. I spoke to my post woman who delivers the mail every day and she had not seen a package as described to be delivered. I have sent 3 to 4 follow up emails to the company to send my money back and I have not received another response as of December 20, 2023.
