Scam Description
I received an email from Jeannette Auer with an attached invoice number INV/DDO/5847741/U4O0ZPDO4 for $799 for my Norton Service which I do not have. The message indicated to call the number on the invoice to request a refund because my bank account statement will reflect an automatically deducted payment. The invoice says I have a Home User Plan number 584774148106 which I never had. The account number are not real. This invoice is a scam because I don’t do business with Norton.
