Scam Description
The company had an ad on facebook for a Comfort Colors brand sweater with a design on it. The brand is high quality. I purchased the item, not knowing it was shipping from China until after my purchase was made. The website said free refunds on purchases. When I received the sweater, I immediately realized it did not match the product photo. It is a cheaply made sweatshirt and not the comfort colors brand. The color was not even the same as seen in the photo. They clearly took the photo from somewhere else because that is not the item they are selling. There isn’t even a tag on it. I reached out for a refund and was told it is expensive to return the item because I would have to pay to ship it back to China, so they would just refund me $5.
