Scam Description
I needed to contact ETSY about an incorrect order & found this customer service phone number when I googled it.
It didn’t seem right from the beginning; he had my maiden name but correct phone number & address. He then told me to put the phone on speaker phone & then asked if I had an apple or android phone that he needed me to download something. That’s when I hung up.
