**PLEASE DO NOT PUBLISH MY PERSONAL INFORMATION ONLINE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THIS REPORT! I DO NOT AUTHORIZE MY PERSONAL INFORMATION TO BE PUBLISHED ** I was contacted by a person going by the name Tom Davis about a job offer working with EAF Consulting Services as a Supply Chain Specialist. (Company address and contact info: 154 West 14th Street, New York, New York 10011 — Phone 347-650-2111 — Website: https://eafconsultingservices.com/). I was sent a 12 page document regarding details of the position, the pay structure, benefits package, and company history. The position was to begin with a 2 week “trial period”, after which there would be a decision made from both sides on whether to continue with employment on a full or part time basis. My starting date was November 9, 2023 and the job required me to buy computer products from local stores/vendors (Costco, Best Buy, Apple store etc), and then package them together. I was then emailed an international shipping label and was directed to ship them to Hong Kong (always to the same address = Asia Pacific International Tech LTD, Rm 11, JC Tower, 91 Wai Yip Street, Hong Kong Kwuntong. Always the same return address: QuickNHand LLC, 1379 E Colorado St, Glendale, CA 91205). I put together a total of 4 purchase orders in this manner totaling around $43000. Each time I was given an account to then pay the balance off on my credit card. The balances were shown as “paid”, but now I am getting charge backs from my credit card companies for the full amounts. My last directive was to buy medical supplies for a donation effort to the war/conflict in Israel. I am attempting to return those products at this time and hopefully will be credited back (about $10000 in value). I had contact with “Tom” multiple times per day via phone and email, and have saved all receipts and emails with tracking numbers of the shipped products. If at all possible, I would love to assist in the effort to nail the person behind this and recover any assets that have been lost.
