Scam Description
This company contacted me via email stating that another company was attempting to trademark my business name out of North Carolina. They were going to take my business name and could sue me. They claimed they did my logo (claimed owned multiple logo companies). I stupidly paid the initial and they said that’s all that I would have to pay them and no further payments to USPTO either. Heard nothing for months and suddenly in May of 2023 they contacted me again stating I had to pay thousands to finish the process. I gave push back and questioned everything. They did not respond back at all and suddenly in November I get texts from random numbers claiming to be them and saying I am going to loss my business name. I demanded proof of this supposed person who was trying to trademark my name. Took her a while and she sent me bogus document with some random persons information. Now this document says the person is from Michigan not North Carolina. I continued to questioned it and she starts calling me. As soon as I heard her voice over the phone I knew I was speaking to someone in another country. This person isn’t even in USA. It’s all scam.
